Postage Information

We aim to get your products posted to you as soon as we possibly can, however please allow 4-6  days for us to package and send your item. Choosing the express post option will expedite our turn around time to 2-5 days. We do everything possible to get your goodies to you as soon as possible- we know how exciting it is waiting for them to arrive!

Beebops packages all items securely and will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items once handed over to Australia Post. 

Return Information

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer refund or exchange on our earrings. 

If you purchase a trinket bowl and change your mind, we can issue an exchange or store credit once the bowl is received back. Beebops must deem it is in its original state, and it must be received back within 14 days of purchase. 

Of course if an item is damaged or faulty we will issue a refund.
